Privacy
Today’s Weddings has been publishing wedding planning material since 1999. The site is a static archive: there are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to sign up for. This page explains the few places where information is involved anyway.
The contact form
If you write to us through the contact page, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you picked, and your message. That goes straight to our mailbox as an email so we can reply. It is not published, not added to a mailing list, and not sold or shared with anyone. The message is delivered by Resend, which handles the sending on our behalf.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells a person apart from a bot. It runs when you submit the form and needs to store a short-lived token in your browser to do that. Without it the form would be filled by automated spam within days.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, it keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, browser, which page was asked for — and sets a small number of cookies that keep the service working and fend off attacks. These are not used to build a profile of you.
Measurement and advertising
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read, and Google AdSense to show advertising that helps pay for keeping this archive online. Both set cookies in your browser, and AdSense may use them to make the ads you see more relevant.
If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, you will be asked before either of them stores anything. That question comes from Google's own consent message — AdSense requires a certified consent platform to serve ads in those places, so we use theirs rather than our own. Nothing is stored before you answer, or if you decline. You can change your answer later from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Elsewhere the two run by default. Your browser can still block or clear their cookies, and the section below explains how.

Your choices
You can change your cookie answer whenever you like from the footer link, and your browser can block or delete cookies on its own — the site works fine without the optional ones. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want a message you sent us deleted, write to us and we will do it.
Children
This site is written for adults planning a wedding. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If what we do with information changes, this page changes with it, and the date below moves.
